When a charge point is commissioned on to the ChargePlace Scotland network by an owner, or their chosen manufacturer, we receive details of the site from their field engineer, the owner, or via the forms they complete afterwards.
While we do our best to ensure charge points appear on the map in the correct location, sometimes they don't quite appear where they should be. We also find that while a site owner or manufacturer refer to a site by one name, local residents may know it by something different, causing confusion.
If you notice that a charge point is located incorrectly, or the site is incorrectly named, please email:
Try to give as much information as you can, utilising your local knowledge to help us make it clearer for drivers to find.
